Pop-Up theatre came about in June 2016 as a way forward for actor David King after suffering a brain haemorrhage and the discovery of a congenital AVM in October 2014. You can read about that on the Huffington Post website.

In 2016, David performed in two productions Acting Exercise by Peter Barnes for The Camden Fringe 2016 and Sweeties an evening of monologues and shorts from 17 actors.

Pop-Up Theatre now offers actors the opportunity to perform in a theatre and raises money for The Neurosciences Research Foundation.
